Terms of business

These terms apply to all work we do on your vehicle. By booking, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, ask us before we start.
Quotes and prices
We give you a fixed price before we start. If we find something else, we stop and ring you. We only do extra work you agree to. Prices include VAT.
Parts and old parts
We use parts to the maker’s specification. Old parts are yours to keep: ask and we’ll put them in a box.
Warranty
Our work comes with a 12-month parts and labour warranty, whatever the mileage. It doesn’t cover wear and tear, accident damage or work done elsewhere.
Courtesy cars and collection
Courtesy cars are free on servicing and repair days, subject to availability. You must hold a full licence. Collection is free within 5 miles; further zones are charged as shown.
Payment
Payment is due when you collect your vehicle, by card or bank transfer. Business accounts are invoiced monthly on 30-day terms.
Uncollected vehicles
If a vehicle isn’t collected within 14 days of being ready, we may charge a storage fee. We’ll always ring and write first.
